On the exhalation of the new wave, an incoherent underground music scene was born that passed under the radar of major record companies. Zdenko Franjić, then an employee of the National Bank of Croatia, a passionate lover of underground, psychobilly, garage rock and indie music, decided to start an independent publishing label.

He himself financed and overdubbed the tapes he released, made the covers himself and discovered new bands. The culmination was the vinyl edition Bombarding of New York, a compilation that turned everything upside down...
