The plot of the film revolves around a student, Jeffrey Beaumont, who, after returning from visiting his sick father in the hospital, finds a severed human ear in a field on the road. With the help of his colleague Sandy Williams, who learns interesting information from her father, a local detective, he decides to investigate where the ear comes from.
