The mini fest of Hispanic film in the Kino Zona, created in collaboration with the Department of Hispanic Studies and Ibero Studies of the University of Zadar and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in the Republic of Croatia, ends tonight with the screening of the award-winning film ''Black Bread''.
In the harsh conditions of the post-war years in Catalonia, Andrea, a child belonging to the losing side, finds the corpses of a man and his son in the woods. Authorities want his father to be responsible for the death, but Andreu tries to help his father by finding out who really killed them. In search of Andreu develops a moral awareness against the world of adults who feed on lies. To survive, he betrays his roots and discovers the monster that lives in him.
