The factory, which once employed residents of the entire city and surrounding villages, was closed due to dubious privatization and a tragic incident during which a group of its workers died in a deliberately set fire. The remaining workers, devastated by the loss of their loved ones and the consequent corrupt sale of the factory, initiate protests, but their efforts seem futile and yield no concrete results.

Feeling abandoned by the authorities and even the Church, they seek solace and answers in the supernatural. Charismatic Svetlana (Tamara Krcunović), ex-prisoner Mija (Leon Lučev) and other workers team up to explore the mystical paths of hope and justice. As they clumsily dive into a mysterious realm, they experience social and emotional liberation and unexpectedly discover an inner power they didn't even know they possessed...
