Community of Associations ''Center of Independent Culture'' (Kino Zona) in cooperation with the Zadar National Museum, the Zadar School of Natural History and Graphics, the Association of Tourist Guides Zadar - "Donat" and the Museum of Ancient Glass in Zadar, with the support of the City of Zadar and Zadar County and the sponsorship of Maraska and Project by IT , launches the cultural tourism event "Hitchcock nights"! The week dedicated to one of the most important directors in the history of film will last from August 7 to 13, ending exactly on his 124th birthday!
Over the course of seven days, a tribute will be paid to one of the most important directors in the history of film, Sir Alfred Hitchcock, who visited Zadar in 1964, stayed at the "Zagreb" hotel, posed for the famous Zadar photographer Ante Brkan and made the already iconic observation that "the sunset in Zadar is the most beautiful in the world and incomparably more beautiful than the one in Key West, Florida".
Entrance to the exhibitions and film guided tour of the city is free, and tickets for the film part of the event can be purchased online, on the Core event website https://core-event.co./events/hitchock-nights-0948/ and at the sales Kino Zone locations!
